Search Consultant

The Search Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging specialist, senior and executive professionals for MOOR Recruitment’s clients. Working closely with our Client Partners, you will translate client requirements into targeted search strategies across the Maritime, Offshore, Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy markets.

An opportunity to become a specialist within technically complex international markets and develop from Search Consultant into Client Partner and ultimately Senior Client Partner within MOOR Recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • * Conduct targeted candidate searches and market mapping.
  • * Identify specialist, management and executive-level professionals.
  • * Build and maintain international talent networks.
  • * Approach and engage passive candidates.
  • * Conduct initial candidate interviews and qualification.
  • * Assess experience, motivation, availability and suitability.
  • * Prepare professional candidate profiles and shortlists.
  • * Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • * Develop market intelligence around companies, projects, people and talent movements.
  • * Work closely with Client Partners to understand assignments and search priorities.
  • * Maintain accurate candidate and assignment information within the recruitment system.
  • * Ensure professional, confidential and compliant candidate management.

Requirements

  • * Experience in recruitment, executive search, sourcing or research is preferred.
  • * Strong research and communication capabilities.
  • * Commercial curiosity and interest in technical industries.
  • * Persistent and comfortable approaching senior professionals.
  • * Structured and detail-oriented.
  • * Able to work independently while collaborating closely with Client Partners.
  • * International mindset and professional communication skills.
